My name is Sharon and I am a health promotion nutritionist who enjoys good food.

As the old saying goes ‘the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step’ and so it is with the journey towards good health. Choosing food full of nutrients can benefit our health and well-being and I hope that this blog will  encourage at least one person to choose GOOD FOOD and appreciate it  a route to GOOD HEALTH.

I started my journey towards better health a few years ago, but I am a work in progress. I am not obsessed with calories or exercise, I just want to feel better and better every day, with tons of energy and a growing sense of well-being.

I believe that good food, and some activity, can help us all to enjoy better health.

So have a think about what you have eaten today…what have you had that might make your body just a little bit healthier? For me, it was cherry tomatoes with my lunch.
